The Bagel Shop carries 24 types of Bagels and four flavors of Bagel Bites.
While most Bagel shops say they make their Bagels fresh what they're really saying is they thaw their bagels, boil them and then bake them so technically they are baked fresh daily. But at the Bagel Shop, Bagels are made from scratch everyday with the freshest ingredients for a difference you can taste.
Fresh out of the oven, the Bagels cool for just a few minutes before they're deliverd to the front counter.
In just under three hours, our fresh ingredients become hot and tasty Bagels! Great job, Will!

After about 40 seconds or so in the boiling water the Bagels are ready for baking.
Next the Bagels go into the giant oven to bake for about 15 minutes..
The dough is first prepared in 100 lb batches in a large mixer.
This mixer is so big you could probably fit four small children in its bowl! Once the dough is finished mixing, Will delivers it in smaller batches to the table.
The dough goes into the machine as a long thick rope and comes out as a Bagel.
Moving very quickly,Will catches the Bagels and puts them on a tray. Some of them come out looking kind of funny so he has to reshape them.
The Bagels must proof for two hours before they can be boiled.
This is a batch of sun dried tomato all ready to be put into the Bagel maker machine!
