	Robert and Catrina Cormell When Robert and Catrina purchased The Bagel Shop in 1999 it was called the New York Cafe. It was the friendly atmoshpere that pulled them in and the great tasting food that made them want to stay . Robert handles the day to day operations of the shop while Catrina handles the marketing. Robert's favorite sandwich is the Turkey, Avacado and Bacon on a yeast roll and Catrina's favorite is the Brooklyn Bomber on a Jalepeno Bagel. Robert splits his time between The Bagel Shop and Wayside Teen Center, a non profit organization that Robert and Catrina founded that offers a safe place for teens. Catrina's hobbies include claywork and photography while Robert enjoys baseball and ebay.

William Turner Will is the Baker at The Bagel Shop and has been since it first opened. He's the man responsible for making all the delicious bagels and baked goods. To have everything baked fresh for a 6:30am opening, Will arrives very early in the morning to get started. He's a team player who enjoys helping out the front line when they need him. Will is married with three children and likes to follow sports and collect coins. His favorite sandwiches are the Egg Bagel and the 5th Ave, he also enjoys the smell of the fresh brewed coffee at The Bagel Shop.

	Aurora Ramirez A full time employee of The Bagel Shop from the very beginning, Aurora enjoys seeing her favorite customers everyday and has an amazing way of remembering their "usual" before they order. She 's an ace on the production table and an asset to the Bagel Shop Team. Aurora is married with three children and enjoys spending time with them and listening to good music. Her favorite drink at the Bagel Shop is the Hazelnut coffee and she loves the 5th Avenue sandwich.

Laura Ramirez Laura has been a full time member of the Bagel Shop team since the beginning and enjoys seeing her regular customers come into The Bagel Shop. Like most of the crew, Laura has a great sense of humor and enjoys ribbing the other employees. Her level of skill in all areas of the restaurant make her valuable to the team. Laura has two children and is a Church youth group leader in her spare time. Her favorite drink is a now retired peach smoothie and the sandwich she loves most is the Turkey, Bacon and Avacado on the Everything Bagel.

	Christopher Cooper Cooper is a part time employee at The Bagel Shop who works with customers on the front counter. He says what he enjoys most about the job is the food! His favorite drink is the Raspberry Tea Snapple and he enjoys a modified 5th Avenue sandwich. Though he doesn't care for it, he understands cleaning is just part of the job and he does think he can clean Will's trays better than anyone else! When he's not working he enjoys music and looks forward to tying the knot on July 13, 2007.

Christina Vasquez Chris is a part time employee who works the front counter at The Bagel Shop. While she really likes working with the other employees she doesn't care much for the vacuming. In her off time she enjoys watching movies and playing trumpet in the UTEP marching band. Her favorite drink at The Bagel Shop is the Chocolate Mocha and her favorite sandwich is the Wall Street on the Everything Bagel.

	Blanca Negrete Blanca is a part time employee at The Bagel Shop who works with the customers on the front counter. Her favorite part about working is all the customers she gets to meet. She is married with one child and enjoys music and watching movies in her down time. Her favorite meal at the Bagel Shop is a raspberry Snapple with a pizza bagel.

Jasmine Strowbridge Jasmine is a part time employee at The Bagel Shop who enjoys filling orders at the front counter for customers.What she likes most about the job is meeting new people and that more than makes up for all the cleaning she doesn't like. While working at The Bagel Shop she says she's learned that everything will not go the way you expect it to so you have to adapt quickly. When she's not working she loves hanging out with her friends and volunteering at Wayside Teen Center. Her favorite drink is the strawberry smoothie blast and she also likes the Breakfast Bagel.
